Responsible Gambling
Last updated: April 5, 2026
We support responsible play. If gambling stops being fun, help is available. Online gambling laws and player protections vary by U.S. state—check your local rules and regulator resources.
Play responsibly
- Gambling should be entertainment, not a way to make money or recover losses.
- Set a budget and time limit before you start; stop when you reach either one.
- Never chase losses. Take breaks and avoid gambling when stressed, upset, or under the influence.
- Only gamble with money you can afford to lose; keep gambling separate from bills and savings.
- Gambling is for adults only. Do not allow minors to access your account or devices.
Warning signs
Tools you can use
Consider using one or more of the following to stay in control:
- Deposit/spend limits: daily, weekly, or monthly caps.
- Session/time limits and reminders (“reality checks”).
- Cooling-off breaks: temporary account pauses.
- Account controls: restrict notifications/marketing if it helps you.
Self-exclusion (U.S.)
Many U.S. states offer voluntary self-exclusion programs for regulated gambling operators. Availability and rules differ by state. You can also ask us for account restrictions by contacting support.
Where to start:
- Consult your state gaming regulator for official self-exclusion information.
- Use the National Association of Gaming Regulators directory: https://www.nagra.org/
