Virtual Items & Purchases Policy

This policy explains how virtual items work on sunriselucklodge.com and the rules for purchasing and using them.

1) Virtual items (coins/credits)

We may offer virtual items such as coins, credits, or similar in-game balances (“Virtual Items”) for entertainment features.

  • Virtual Items are licensed to you, not sold as property.
  • Virtual Items have no cash value, are not legal tender, and are not redeemable for money unless we explicitly state otherwise in writing for a specific program.
  • Virtual Items cannot be transferred, gifted, or sold outside features we expressly provide.

2) Purchases, pricing, and taxes

If you choose to buy Virtual Items, the price (in USD) and what you receive will be shown before you confirm checkout. Any applicable taxes and fees will be displayed at checkout where required.

Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers. Your financial institution may apply additional charges (e.g., foreign transaction fees) that we do not control.

3) Bonuses and promotional Virtual Items

We may offer free or bonus Virtual Items (including as part of a purchase) at our discretion. Promotions may have additional conditions, which may include:

  • eligibility limits (e.g., one per user/account/device/payment method),
  • time limits or expiration,
  • reduced availability, modification, or cancellation at any time where permitted by law.

4) Refunds and cancellations (US)

Except where required by applicable law, all purchases are final once Virtual Items are delivered or made available to your account. We generally cannot reverse delivered Virtual Items.

If you believe a purchase was unauthorized, duplicated, or not delivered, contact us promptly with your account details and transaction information. If we confirm an error, we may issue replacement Virtual Items or a refund at our discretion and where permitted.

Do not initiate a chargeback without first contacting us; chargebacks may lead to account restrictions as described below.

5) Account restrictions and forfeiture

We may suspend or terminate accounts and/or remove or reset Virtual Items when we reasonably believe there is:

  • fraud, chargeback abuse, or payment reversal risk,
  • use of bots, exploits, or prohibited automation,
  • circumvention of limits, promotion abuse, or misrepresentation,
  • violations of our Terms or other policies.

If your account is closed, you may lose remaining Virtual Items without compensation to the maximum extent permitted by law.

6) Changes to Virtual Items

We may add, remove, or change Virtual Items, their features, and their availability at any time. We will not make misleading claims about value, and we aim to keep purchase descriptions accurate at the time of sale.
